Behind 4 Power is director, Steve Johnson. In 2024, Steve celebrates 44 years’ experience in the pylon and power industry. Working both across the UK and overseas, his career started as a Trainee Linesman. Today he heads the 4 Power Team, frequently working on-site as he leads his workforce.
4 Power has an unblemished health and safety record achieved through effective training, 4 Power’s priority is to maintain its unblemished health and safety record. This ensures both staff and site visitors are protected and safe at all times.
Sunderland East End ABC provide a fun and welcoming environment to everyone wishing to participate in boxing. They are situated in a deprived area of Sunderland providing a safe haven for juniors, seniors and adults alike.
They have celebrated many achievements within the team to mention a few recent ones of female Manchester Box Cup Title Holder, female Ireland Box Cup Title Holder, four Tyne Tees and Wear Champions, three National Champions, three England Camp opportunities and a semifinalist National Champion.

FC Duddon United is a local football team which was set up in 2017 and play in Chester and Wirral Football League Championship Division. FC Duddon United's home games are at Duddon Village Hall.
The team was set up to give local lads in the surrounding villages a chance to play football as in the last few years there has been a big decline in village football and now there is only Duddon who have an adult team in the area.
4 Power have sponsored FC Duddon United by providing them all with new team tracksuits and continue to support the local team, wishing them all success in the future.
North East Help Link trust are a small charity based in the North East, which provide hot meals to vulnerable individuals in four locations in Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Stockton, serving in the region of 250 meals and 500 drinks out of their van every week to some of the most disadvantaged and needy in the North East of England.
When Steve Johnson of 4 Power Ltd, learned that the van Carl Heron Chairman of NEHL used to travel around the North East providing the crucial service to vulnerable adults had broken down, Steve donated a large donation including their new van with all of the required kit for cooking in the back of the van.
The support from 4 Power meant that NEHL could continue there imperative work of serving the homeless in the North East.
4 Power is active in the community and is currently supporting various good causes such as the Birtley Football Teams. In conjunction with the Rotary Club of Birtley, 4 Power now sponsors both the Boy’s and Girl’s under-15 teams in Birtley.
